Ashkan Ghassemi's Personal Homepage

Support the uprising of the people all around the globe.

Does this page look strange or unfamiliar? you probably want my Blog.
This is my very personal homepage on the web. If you're a free software enthusiast with open-platforms usage tendency for
a reason other than doing tasks on regular day-to-day basis, then you're in the right place. In here, I write about a variety of
things, ranging from Free Software Movement to stories related to Iran and Late Capitalism.

If you're a regular visitor of my Blog, then you already know where to go. In case you're looking forward to contribute to any of the projects I'm currently working on, please take a look at my Project's page.

I always write for my own and no one else...

You may always feel free to email me. You can also fetch my GPG public key from here and my public ssh-rsa key from here.

Stand in solidarity with people around the world... find your own ways to help Anti-censorship projects.

I support protesters and their demonstrations against the coup d'état, repressive and reactionary regimes everywhere around the globe.
A community of hackers led by Eric S. Raymond has been formed to support these protesters by providing them access to free flow of information by setting up proxy servers, anonymizers and other appropriate technologies, forming a network beyond censorship or control.

In case you're interested in hiring me, track what I listen to or have a realtime conversation with me...

As I'm currently unemployed, I'm officially open to job-related discussions. You can take a look at my Résumé here.
A TeX version is also available. You can take a look at what I'm currently listening to from here.
This is a link to my last.fm's profile. It happens that I'm among those who tend to spend part of their spare time with
colleagues through IRC. If you're interested, feel free to join us at #technotux on freenode.

...Communities to which I sontribute so far

I'm a member of Tehran Linux Users Group and thus, dedicating some of my time to it. We hold weekly meetings for
GNU/Linux users in Tehran's IT Academy Center on a regular basis.
